1. Information We Collect

HeyTampu collects minimal personal information necessary to facilitate passenger ride bookings:

• Contact Data: Mobile phone number and Name for trip confirmations & SMS updates.
• Trip Data: Pickup village, destination stop, selected departure slot, and seat count.
• Payment Info: Payment transaction status received from authorized RBI-licensed payment gateways. We NEVER store card numbers, UPI PINs, or sensitive banking passwords.

2. Purpose of Data Processing

Your information is used strictly to provide shared auto booking services, dispatch trip confirmations to drivers, and process refunds for cancelled rides.

3. Data Security & Storage

All data is encrypted in transit using SSL/HTTPS protocols. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party advertisers or data brokers.
