1. About the Platform
HeyTampu is a digital technology platform operated by LUCKY YADAV (Proprietorship) under Udyam MSME registration, facilitating scheduled shared passenger transport connectivity between villages in Muradnagar, Ghaziabad and city destinations.
2. Intermediary Status
HeyTampu operates purely as a technology facilitator and booking intermediary under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. All rides are fulfilled by independent, licensed auto-rickshaw operators.
3. Fares and Online Payments
All ride fares are transparently fixed and displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are processed securely via RBI-compliant online payment aggregators (including UPI, Net Banking, and Cards). No cash surge pricing is applied.
4. User Responsibilities
- Passengers must arrive at the designated pickup point at least 5 minutes before scheduled departure time.
- Users must provide accurate contact and booking details.
- Misbehavior or damage to commercial auto vehicles will result in immediate suspension from the platform.
5. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
